12C - wiping cloths: properly used and stored
Regulation: 511-6-1.04(4)(m) - wiping cloths, use limitation (c)
Observed wet wiping cloths left out on counters and work surfaces between uses. CA: Wet wiping cloths used for cleaning food-contact and nonfood-contact surfaces must be stored in a properly prepared sanitizing solution between uses or removed for laundering. This helps prevent bacterial growth and cross-contamination. COS: Wet wiping cloths were removed from use and placed in the dirty laundry at the time of inspection.
16B - plumbing installed; proper backflow devices
Regulation: 511-6-1.06(2)(r) - system maintained in good repair (p, c)
Observed the meat sink and vegetable sink leaking during use. CA: Plumbing systems must be maintained in good repair to prevent water leaks, maintain sanitary conditions, and ensure proper operation of the facility. COS: PIC notified and instructed to repair the leaking sinks.
