Observed at time of inspection French toast sticks and chicken patties stored open/uncovered in the RIF next to grill station. COS: Items were covered and closed. CA: Ensure all food is store closed and covered to prevent contamination.
Observed at time of this inspection heavy food build up on the food contact surface of the microwave. CA: Increase cleaning frequency of the microwave to reduce the risk of contaminating food.

Observed a container of lettuce being stored in WIC with a metal pan of tomatoes stored on top of it. COS: Lettuce container was removed from service and disposed of. CA; Ensure nothing is stored directly touching RTE foods to prevent contamination to food.
