Ambient air temperature, water pressure, and water temperature measuring devices shall be maintained in good repair and be accurate within the intended range of use. PIC placed sandwiches in WIC for proper cooling. PIC also stated that the cooler has a tendency to warm above temp from time to time. Cooler needs to be serviced to ensure proper cooling.
