Observed heavy dust buildup on ventilation in room #207. Also observed dust and mold buildup on air conditioning unit in room #421. Advised deep cleaning to ensure proper ventilation

Room #205: all mattresses (excluding sofa bed) have been removed from room, heat was set to 90F, and there was evidence of bed bug carcasses present on bed frames, carpet, and along baseboards in room. Room #205 as well as rooms #203, #206, and #207. Must also be vacated and treated for bed bugs by licensed pest control contractor. Do not allow guests to occupy these rooms until a certified pest control specialist has conducted an in-depth inspection after treatment to confirm effectiveness before rooms are reused, pest control records are submitted to WCHD EH, and Environmental Health has re-inspected and cleared the rooms. Room #203: observed hair on bed linens. Room #203: observed crumbs and stains on sofa bed mattress - no mattress pad or cover present. Mattress protectors (i.e., washable mattress pads or covers) are required regardless of whether the mattress is part of a standard bed or a fold-out sofa bed
