Observed slimy buildup on ice shield of ice machine. Food contact surfaces must be cleaned and sanitized at a rate to prevent buildup.

Observed 1/2 gallon of milk/dairy product held past marked expiration date of 02/03/24. All items must be used/disposed according to date.
