Observed hand washing sinks throughout restaurant reaching 64F and not the required 85F for 15 seconds. CA PIC instructed to obtain repair from plumber and email service invoice once completed.

Observed multiple bags of wrapped deli meats in walk-in cooler with a discard date of 11/13/2025. CA PIC instructed to discard items once the 7 days for RTE foods has been met. COS PIC discarded items.
