Observed in-use sanitizer bucket and spray bottle chlorine sanitizer concentration at 0ppm. CA: Chlorine sanitizer must be maintained at a concentration range of 50-100 ppm. COS: Person in charge (PIC) mixed bucket and spray bottle to 50 ppm.
