Corrective action: Dish machine shall be checked daily before dishes are washed to ensure machine is putting out sanitizer at proper strength (50-100ppm) for chlorine. Employees should write down concentration daily for 3-c sink and dish machine to ensure dishes are being properly sanitized.

  • COS, spouts were scrubbed, washed, rinsed, and sanitized by PIC and left to air dry before placing back on urn. Corrective action: Tea spouts must be taken off tea urn, top unscrewed, and washed, rinsed, and sanitized and air dried before placing back on tea urn.
