Did not observed date marking on several items in walk-in cooler. All opened and prepared items must be dated if held longer than 24hrs.

Observed pink slime buildup on ice machine deflector shield.

Observed food debris on stationary can opener. Can opener must be cleaned and sanitized regularly.

Observed several damp wiping cloths on countertops throughout kitchen. Wiping cloths should be returned sanitizer in between use.

Observed several flies throughout kitchen.

Observed heavy grease/debris on sides of stove and fryers and on floor underneath fryer.
