6-1A - proper cold holding temperatures
Regulation: 511-6-1.04(6)(f) - time/temperature control for safety; cold holding (p)
Observed a container of sliced tomatoes on a cart at 47 degrees F and the buttery butter in the front reach in cooler at 48 degrees F. The ambient of the unit was 48 degrees F. COS The tomatoes on the cart and the buttery butter in the reach in cooler was thrown out. CA The front reach in cooler must not be used until fixed. Once the unit is fixed call the health inspector at (912) 670-0920.
2-2B - proper eating, tasting, drinking, or tobacco use

Observed employee drink cups without the use of a lid or straw. COS The drink was thrown out by the manager. CA Employee drinks must be in a single use cup with a lid and straw.
4-2A - food stored covered
Regulation: 511-6-1.04(4)(c)1(iv) - packaged & unpackaged food, food stored covered(c)
Observed two open bags of cookie dough in the reach in freezer. COS The manager sealed up the bags that were open.
