Observed rice in the walk-in cooler at 45 degrees F. COS The rice and other leftovers dated 5/1 were all discarded.

Observed two opened bottle of water that employees are drinking from. CA Employees are required to drink from a single-use cup with a lid and straws
14A - in-use utensils: properly stored
Regulation: 511-6-1.04(4)(k) - in-use utensils, between-use storage (c)
Observed scoop handles stored in the flour & sugar containers and a red cup was being used as a scoop in a pan of batter.
