Observed food employees use the toilet room then engage in food preparation, handle clean equipment or utensils, or touch unwrapped single-service items, without washing hands. All employees shall wash hands before leaving the restroom. All food employees leaving the restroom shall wash their hands again upon re-entering the food preparation area.

Observed the Person in Charge could not provide details or proof during the inspection that a proper disinfectant would be utilized for responding to a vomiting or diarrheal event in the the establishment. Clorox bleach shall be obtained.

Observed time/temperature control for safety foods (see temperature log) cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit in under counter cooler. COS: Steve's Refrigeration on site. Added freon to unit and are ordering part to replace a slow leak. Door on low side of under counter cooler needs to be repaired or sealed so no one will open door. Door is misaligned.

Observed potentially hazardous food (see temperature log) cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit in walk-in cooler and under counter cooler. COS: Prepared TCS items discarded in under counter and walk-in cooler (food from undercounter cooler came from WIC). Steve's Refrigeration fixed unit; added freon to unit. Establishment temporarily closed until WIC cools back down.
