36 - daily recordkeeping: water testing and self inspection performed
Regulation: 511-3-5-.22(12) - (12) a safety self-inspection shall be conducted daily by the trained operator or responsible person and documented on a log sheet.
Observed last 3 days of pool log not completed. Need to write "closed" if pool not opened that day. The facility's responsible person(s) (if Certified Pool Operator not available) should be doing required water chemical readings and other daily self-check tasks prior to opening pool for the day and during the day as necessary.
