Observed dust/dirt and what looked like a blanket of some kind on the floor behind the ice machine and also observed soiled floors and trash on the floor of the walk-in cooler and walk-in freezer. Recommended to PIC that some time be set aside for a good deep cleaning of kitchen area. PIC stated that this would be taken care of immediately. All areas of the kitchen shall be free of accumulations of dust, dirt, food debris, etc. to protect from possible contamination of food products.
