Observed containers and equipment put away clean/drying on unclean surface with visible food debris. Observed pitted and stained cutting boards in need of resurfacing or replacement. Employees should be immediately retrained on proper sanitization of equipment, dishwashing protocols, proper storage of soiled and clean equipment and utensils and proper use and preparation of sanitizer buckets.
