Made CFSM aware of new commercial cleaning company that can help if help is needed due to large equipment and small kitchen area. Floors/walls/ceilings shall be easily cleanable and kept free of accumulations. Also observed that weather stripping around back door needs replaced due to visible cracks around door and that the swinging door needs repair and cleaning.
