Observed hose attachment stored in mop sink, store out of sink.
15A - food and nonfood-contact surfaces cleanable, properly designed, constructed, and used
Regulation: 511-6-1.05(6)(a) - good repair & proper adjustment (c)
Observed sealant/film on new tables, remove and clean. Observed single use containers (yogurt) being reused. Discard and use food service grade storage containers, discard broken container by stove. All items need to be stored oof the floor.
17C - physical facilities installed, maintained, and clean
Regulation: 511-6-1.07(5)(a),(b) - good repair, physical facilities maintained; cleaning, frequency & restrictions, cleaned often enough to keep them clean (c)
Observed holes in kitchen above 3 compartment sink and holes in staff and women's restrooms walls.
17D - adequate ventilation and lighting; designated areas used
Regulation: 511-6-1.07(3)(f) - lighting intensity, adequate in food prep, storage & service areas (c)
Observed lights not working in kitchen and in dry storage, repair ASAP.
