boiled cabbage in WIC (served yesterday 7/6/25) temping at 48°F. Bologna also temping at 48?. PIC willingly discarded food and put all remaining food (prepped 7/7/25 @ 10:00am) in WIF to cool down. WIC needs to be fixed within 24 hours.
2-2D - adequate handwashing facilities supplied & accessible
Regulation: 511-6-1.07(3)(b) - hand drying provision (pf)
No paper towels at HW sink. PIC put paper towels at both HW sinks in kitchen area.
16B - plumbing installed; proper backflow devices
Regulation: 511-6-1.06(2)(r) - system maintained in good repair (p, c)
2 HW sinks in kitchen are not properly working to provide hot water. (Hot water is accessible but sink plumbing needs to be addressed) Multiple leaks throughout kitchen (dishwasher is leaking) and 3-compartment sink not holding water. (Water is spilling onto floor when draining sink). 72 hours to address.
