Grill cook observed with no beard guard/net and facial hair longer than 1/2 inch. PIC advised that all food prep employees with facial hair longer than 1/2 inch must wear beard guard.

Observed multiple food storage containers drying on dish rack stacked wet. PIC instructed to let containers air dry before stacking.

Storage area flooring is not smooth, easily cleanable. Raw wood floor observed in storage area. PIC instructed to make floors non-porous, smooth, and easily cleanable.
