Observed the Person in Charge cannot demonstrate in a verifiable manner that food employees are/were informed of their responsibility to report symptoms and/or illnesses.
2-2D - adequate handwashing facilities supplied & accessible
Regulation: 511-6-1.06(2)(o) - using a handwashing sink- operation & maintenance (pf)
Observed hand sink is blocked in rear prep/warewash area (ex. boxes of food, trash can, brooms) - COS - items are moved
2-2E - response procedures for vomiting & diarrheal events
Regulation: 511-6-1.03(6) - clean-up of vomiting and diarrheal events(pf)
Observed EPA approved disinfectant along with a written procedure to clean-up vomit/diarrhea events is not provided.

Observed prep top cooler at front food service area does not maintain TCS foods at 41 degrees F or below. COS - maintenance on unit began during inspection; food items are discarded and new product moved to working prep top cooler
