Cold-Holding was assessed and incompliance unless noted in the temperature log. No foods were hot holding at the time of inspection. No foods were cooked, reheated to hot held, chopped, sliced, cooling, nor served during inspection. Food employees were cleaning and taking inventory. If facility is using soap and water in two bucket method, a second bucket containing just water is required. Dish machine- ambient air- 180F. Complaint investigation: No issues were observed. EHS investigation closed. Fees will be charged accordingly for any violation which cannot be corrected on-site during inspection. Repeat violations may result in permit suspension.
