Employee then touched utensils that were used after touching raw meat. Employee then began to fold a burrito. If used, single-use gloves shall be used for only one task such as working with ready-to-eat food or with raw animal food, used for no other purpose, and discarded when damaged or soiled, or when interruptions occur in the operation. (P) Corrective Actions: Coached employee and the person in charge on separation and protection. Employee removed gloves and washed hands. The person in charge relocated utensils to be washed and supplied the grill with clean utensils. The burrito was discarded.
