Observed sliced tomatoes stored in RIC on back line near dish area stored uncovered. C/a: Cover all food in storage. Once fruits such as tomatoes are cut, they become TCS and require proper covering and time/temp for safety.

Observed sugar stored in unlabeled container on back line. Observed cornstarch also on back line without labels. C/a: Label foods stored outside its original packaging with a common name label.
