Observed a glove sitting in a container of flour. C/A: Ensure used gloves are thrown away. Determine methods to prevent contamination during during food prep.

Observed buildup on the floors and under equipment throughout kitchen. C/A: Clean floors. Increase cleaning frequency to limit buildup.
