Prep top cooler near grill contained multiple items above 41 degrees (tomatoes, cucumbers, shrimp). Items discarded by PIC and cooler will be out of service until it can be repaired and hold proper temperature.
10D - food properly labeled; original container
Regulation: 511-6-1.04(8)(b) - expired foods (p)
Items in walk in cooler held past 7 day period. Smore kits from December, salad mix in prep top cooler.
18 - insects, rodents, and animals not present
Consult pest control regarding remediation plan for controlling flies in the kitchen.
