Observed bottle of round up weed killer by the 3-compartment sink and hand sink in the back kitchen area. CA: Only those poisonous or toxic materials that are required for the operation and maintenance of the food service establishment, such as for the cleaning and sanitizing of equipment and utensils, and the control of insects and rodents shall be allowed in a food service establishment. Herbicides should not be kept inside the facility. COS: Moved outside.

Ceiling tiles in the main kitchen area are cork board material and are absorbent. CA: Nonfood-contact surfaces of equipment that are exposed to splash, spillage, or other food soiling or that require frequent cleaning shall be constructed of a corrosion-resistant, nonabsorbent, and smooth material. Correct within 2 weeks. If more time needed call Pulaski EHS to discuss plan of action.
