Observed handwash sinks in toilet rooms with no hot water in campground.
CA: Toilet rooms, lavatories and bathing facilities shall be provided with soap, artificial light, and hot and cold water under pressure
5 - sewers/sewage disposal systems/dump stations approved; properly constructed and installed; no surface discharge
Regulation: 511-6-2-.10(2) - sewage disposal-onsite
Observed evidence of septic failure throughout grounds (ponding in section C around 30s and vegetation by pond in section D).
Observed septic tank risers not in good repair (lid missing).
CA: Sewage disposal systems shall be constructed and maintained in a manner to prevent the creation of unsanitary conditions
34 - grounds, walkways, porches and hallways maintained; drives provide unobstructed width and proper spacing; graded to drain; trailer spaces marked clearly, areas clean and maintained in good repair
Observed large amounts of personal items and non-working vehicles stored on the grounds.
CA: Only articles necessary to the operation and maintenance of the establishment shall be stored on the premises. A tourist accommodation is not a facility intended for permanent residence

Observed ceiling of central lavatory not non-absorbent and easily cleanable (unfinished wood). Observed ceiling tiles in women's restroom with evidence of a leak and an accumulation of mold (section A) Observed doors to restrooms and lavatories not self-closing.
CA: Walls, floors, and ceilings shall be constructed of easily cleanable nonabsorbent materials and shall be kept clean and in good repair.
Observed restrooms throughout grounds not kept clean.
CA: While being used by tourists, every surface of a bathtub, shower, shower enclosure, toilet and lavatory, which may come in contact with a person’s body, must be sanitized each day

Observed exhaust vents in restrooms by office not in good repair (hanging from ceiling) and vent covers with an accumulation of dust and debris.
Observed exhaust vent covers in section A women's lavatory with an accumulation of dust and debris.
CA: The current ventilation must prevent odor, mold, mildew, and moisture
18 - toilet tissue and soap provided; soap individually wrapped or properly dispensed
Regulation: 511-6-2-.08(7) - soap available/dispensed
Observed used bar of soap in shower of section A lavatory. Observed soap in restrooms by main office not dispensed from approved containers.
Unused, individually wrapped soap or liquid soap dispensed from approved containers shall be provided in guest rooms. Soap furnished in public wash rooms or baths shall be dispensed from approved containers designed to preclude contamination of the contents by individual contact
20 - sewers and drains maintained, connections capped
Observed several sewer connections without caps (D23, D37, C36, B15).
CA: Each sewer connection shall be so constructed that it can be closed and when not in use shall be capped to prevent escape of odors
