Observed 5 containers of chili dated 2/10 and 1 container dated 2/6 cold holding in WIC in main kitchen area.
CA: A food that requires datemarking shall be discarded if it exceeds 7 days.
COS: Employee discarded all containers of chili.

Observed daylight from gap at the bottom of main kitchen back door.
CA: Outer openings of a food service establishment shall be protected against the entry of insects and rodents by solid, self-closing, tight-fitting doors.
