Observed Sausage in warmer at 112, 130, 125. Also, mac and cheese in steamtable at 120, 123, 130 CA: PIC must ensure all hot held tcs foods are 135F degrees or above COS:Items were discarded

Base of operation violation of door must self close and mobile unit door must seal to where daylight is not visible around door
