Observed PIC empty sanitizer at 3 compartment sink and not wash hands before donning new gloves to make an order.
CA: Food employees shall clean their hands and exposed portions of their arms immediately before engaging in food preparation and before donning gloves to initiate a task that involves working with food.
COS: PIC washed hands before donning new gloves.
