PIC must ensure employees drinks and personal items are stored separate from food and prep areas, drinks in a disposable cup with lid and straw can be in kitchen if stored where they cannot spill on food or prep areas COS: items were moved

CA: Outer openings of a food service establishment shall be protected against the entry of insects and rodents by solid, self-closing, tight-fitting doors.
