Observed PIC handle phone and then don gloves to prep food. CA: PIC must ensure food employees know to wash hands between tasks COS: food employee removed gloves and wash hands properly before redonning gloves

Observed multiple scoops stored in different dry goods with the handle stored in the product. CA: PIC must ensure if scoops are stored in dry products it is over the top of the product and the lid is able to close. COS: Scoops removed

Observed metal pans wet stacked. CA: PIC must ensure clean dishes are stored to drain to facilitate air drying COS: items were rearranged to drain

Observed bare wood Torita making table. Corrective Action: PIC instructed that at a min, the table must be painted with a hard and durable paint so that it can be cleaned and sanitized between usage. PIC stated that he will have it painted immediately with food safe paint.
