Observed raw eggs and met stored over veg. in WIC. COS items moved.

Regulation: 511-6-1.05(2)(a) - equipment and utensils, constructed of durable materials (c)
Observed several broken bowls and containers in main kitchen not easily cleanable. COS items removed.
15C - nonfood-contact surfaces clean
Regulation: 511-6-1.05(7)(d) - nonfood-contact surfaces (c)
Observed build up on doors of prep cooler and RIC. PIC stated items will be cleaned.
17C - physical facilities installed, maintained, and clean
Regulation: 511-6-1.07(5)(n) - maintaining premises, free of unnecessary items/litter (c)
Observed items not used in facility or broken items creating clutter. All items not used for operation or are broken shall be removed. REPEAT.
