Observed several items throughout kitchen with expired dates (prep dates 1-1-25 and 1-2-25). All TCS food items not used within 24 hours must be date marked for 7 days and used or disposed of within 7 days of first use. COS. PIC discarded out of date items.

Observed boxes of potatoes/sweet potatoes stored on floor in dry storage area. All food/food-contact items must be stored a minimum of 6 inches off floor to avoid contamination. COS. PIC moved items to an appropriate shelf.
