4-2B - food-contact surfaces: cleaned & sanitized
Regulation: 511-6-1.05(7)(b) - food contact surfaces and utensils - cleaning frequency (p, c)
Observed food spills and debris on shelves of RIC. All food contact surfaces shall be cleaned and sanitized regularly to prevent contamination. COS. Shelves were wiped down.
6-2 - proper date marking and disposition
Regulation: 511-6-1.04(6)(g) - ready-to-eat time/temperature control for safety food, date marking (pf)
Observed several out of date items in RIC (honey mustard packets exp 9/2025, ranch packets exp 9/25, minced garlic 8/2024). Any unused food shall be discarded by the printed expiration dates. Also observed several prepared items not properly date marked. COS. Items were removed from the cooler and properly disposed of.
