Observed multiple plastic containers above 3 vat sink area stacked wet. CA: After cleaning and sanitizing, equipment and utensils should be air-dried or used after adequate draining before contact with food. COS: PIC restacked dishes properly after re-washing.

Observed employee wearing multiple bracelets on both wrists while preparing/ handling food in main kitchen area. CA: Except for a plain ring such as a wedding band, food employees may not wear jewelry on their arms and hands. COS: PIC had employee remove bracelets & wash hands.
