Observed accumulations of scale, mold like substances, debris and oils on interior of veg. prep sink, ice machine chutes and flame grill. Clean food contact surfaces at a frequency to prevent accumulations and potential food contamination. COS Staff assigned.

Observed accumulations of dust, debris and scale on exterior of ice machine. Clean by 3/20/26.

Observed accumulations of grease, oils, food + debris on floors under drive thru station equipment, WIC + WIF shelving, dry storage shelving and cook line equipment. Clean surfaces at a frequency to prevent accumulations. complete by 3/20/26. Also clean 3 compartment sink waste line.
