Pimento cheese in reach in cooler held longer than 7 days (11/22-11/29 date marking). CA: All foods must be given a 7 day discard date where package opening or prep date is day 1, and discarded at the end of 7 days. COS: Person in charge (PIC) discarded pimento cheese.
