All cold held items were in compliance. No hot holding or cooking is conducted at the facility. An unscored informal will be conducted on or before August 22nd, 2025 to ensure that the violation has been corrected. Failure to correct the violation may result in permit suspension. Note: If the facility decides to use fruits, please reach out to Newton Co Environmental Health before installing to ensure that the water heater is sufficient. 1-2B: .03(3)(a)The Servsafe posted in the facility is being used at a different food service establishment. The other certificate the facility has is a food handler certificate. Certified Food Safety Managers must be designated to one food service establishment only. (Pf)

2-2A: .03(2)(m)When asked for the signed employee health agreement for the employees at the facility. they did not have the signed agreements and they could not demonstrate in a verifiable manner that they had been informed of this information Food employees and conditional employees shall be informed in a verifiable manner of their responsibility to report to the person in charge information about their health and activities as they relate to diseases that are transmissible through food. (Pf) Corrective Actions: The employee health agreement form was signed at the time of the inspection and EH provided education to the employees abut when to report illnesses.

2-2D: .06(2)(o)Hand sink was being used to discard drinks in. A handwashing facility may not be used for purposes other than handwashing. (Pf) Corrective Actions: EH educated Person in Charge (PIC) that hand sink was to be used for handwashing only.

12D: .04(4)(g)Observed that facility is using fruits such as strawberries, raspberries, bananas, and blueberries for items they are serving but the facility does not have a fruit/vegetable sink installed in the facility. Raw fruits and vegetables shall be thoroughly washed in water, in a sink designated for that purpose only, to remove soil and other contaminants before being cut, combined with other ingredients, cooked, served, or offered for human consumption in ready-to-eat form. (Pf) Corrective Actions: PIC discarded fruit and stated they would not be using fruit any longer.
