The Metered hand sink located in the back of the kitchen was leaking. Additionally, the hot water temperature exceeded 120°F, which can discourage proper and consistent handwashing. The temperature must be adjusted to an appropriate temperature, with a minimum requirement of 85°F. Additionally, the three-compartment sink was observed leaking during active use, resulting in water accumulation on the floor and creating a potential slip hazard.

Water temperature at hand sinks in kitchen were at 120-130F. Sinks are tempered and cannot be manually adjusted with hot/cold valves. Water at this temperature is a deterrent to proper handwashing and can be a scald risk. Adjust water temperature to a tolerable level for hand washing. Minimum hot water temp is 85F.

Men's restroom was missing paper towels. In toilet facilities that have exit doors with handles or knobs that must be touched to open, sanitary towels must be provided. Discussed with PIC.

Trashcans in womens restroom missing lids. Covered trashcans must be provided for sanitary waste disposal.
