No Paper towels or dryer provided at the handwashing sink located at the main kitchen. Corrective action: Every hand washing sink shall be equipped of a paper towel or dryer. Corrected on-site (COS): paper towels were provided during the inspection.
4-2A - food stored covered

Observed several food items stored in multiple units not covered or protective or resealed properly. CA: Ensure all food items are covered and resealed properly unless when they are in the cooling process. COS: all concerned items were covered during the inspection.

Observed the white drip plate inside the ice machine and the inside of the ice chute with black, pink slime mold like substance. CA: all food contact surface shall be cleaned and sanitized frequently to prevent mold-like substances. All concerned area shall be cleaned by 12/7/2025.

Observed chemicals bottles insides the main kitchen not identified as required. Ensure all chemicals when transferer from the original container are identified labeled. They shall be labeled by 12/16/2025

Observed boxes of French fries (potato) stores in the walk-in cooler while manufacturers stated to keep it frozen. PIC was instructed to move all the fries in the 3-door reach-in freezer by 10/16/2025

Observed cup with no handle use as scoop and stored in food- sugar, rice. Ensure scoops with handle are use and the handle do not touch the food.
