Observed several food items- Groton seasoning powder, floor not covered or resealed properly in multiple areas in the main kitchen. CA: Foods shall be covered or resealed properly unless they are actively cooling. The person in charge covers all concerning items during the inspection.
4-2B - food-contact surfaces: cleaned & sanitized

Observed the dripping rack and white part inside the ice machine inside the ice bins ( server area), with sanitized frequently to prevent mold-like substance growth and accumulation. Surface shall be cleaned by 11/20, and the ice machine shall be serviced.

Observed dented cans stored on the can's shelves are with non-dented. Ensure all dented cans are separated from food, equipment, utensils, and single-service articles.

Observed boxes of food stored on the floor of the walk-in cooler and freezer. All food shall be stored 6 inches off the floor

Observed food employees with watches and rings on their hands and wrists. No more than a plain wedding band on the wrist and fingers (hands). COS: They were removed.
