Observed raw fish stored on the same shelf and next to ready-to-eat food- sauce, ranch sauce. Also, on top of cooked and ready-to-eat green vegetables, broccoli. Corrective action: Raw food shall not be above or on top of ready-to-eat food. COS: Raw foods (fish) were removed and properly stored during the inspection

Observed a bucket of marinara sauce not covered or properly stored in the walk-in cooler. CA: all food shall be covered or resealed properly unless when they are cooling. Cos: foods were covered.
