Observed a food worker with a ring on a finger at the main line. Ensure no more than a plain wedding band on the finger and wrist.

Observed a food worker without a hair restraint at the main line. Ensure that food employees wear proper hair restraints.
12D - washing fruits and vegetables

Observed unclean equipment- wrists- in the produce prep sink and on the drainboard part. Ensure the produce prep sink is properly used.
14B - utensils, equipment and linens: properly stored, dried, handled
Regulation: 511-6-1.05(10)(e)1,2,4 - equipment, utensil, linens, stored 6" off floor in clean, dry location (c)
Observed wet stacking containers in the dishwashing area and on the shelves in the prep area. Ensure all equipment utensils are air-dried before stacking them.

Gaskets around the two-door warmer cabinet must be replaced due to not be in good repaired.

Observed multiple equipment- griddles, 2-door warmer, reach-in cooler racks- not free from food debris, grease, and accumulation as required.
