Observed surface around the nozzle of the juice machine with black slime mold-like substance. CA: All food contact surfaces shall be cleaned and sanitized frequently to prevent mold-like substance build-up or accumulation person in charge was informed and instructed to clean the juice machine by 10/27/20025
6-2 - proper date marking and disposition
Regulation: 511-6-1.04(6)(g) - ready-to-eat time/temperature control for safety food, date marking (pf)
Observed bottles of milk (open) without the open date or discard date. CA: Ensure to date-mark ready-to-eat food (Milk) with the discard date, the maximum number of days when RTE is held longer than 24 hours.

Observe a single service cup box stored on the floor in the main kitchen area. All single service articles shall be 6 inches off the floor.

No test strip for the 3-compartment sink sanitizer
