14C - single-use/single-service articles: properly stored, used
Regulation: 511-6-1.05(10)(g)(1)&(3) - kitchenware and tableware, single-service/-use items properly handled to protect food-/lip-contact surfaces (c)
Observed the lip of the cup exposed being stored in the rack, single-service articles that are intended for food- or lip-contact shall be furnished for consumer self-service with the original individual wrapper intact or from an approved dispenser. The owner will get a dispenser for the cup or remain in the plastic sleeve.

Regulation: 511-6-1.05(10)(e)1&3 - single-service/single-use items stored 6" off floor in clean, dry location (c)
OBserved gallons of oil stored on the floor in the kitchen, i) In a clean, dry location;
(ii) Where they are not exposed to splash, dust, or other contamination; and
(iii) At least 6 inches (15 centimeters) above the floor. 3. Single-service and single-use articles shall be stored as specified under paragraph 1 of this subsection and shall be kept in the original protective package or stored by using other means that afford protection from contamination until used. The manager will placed the oil on the shelves in the kitchen

17C - physical facilities installed, maintained, and clean
Regulation: 511-6-1.07(5)(a),(b) - good repair, physical facilities maintained; cleaning, frequency & restrictions, cleaned often enough to keep them clean (c)
Observed the heavy grease buildup on the filter above the fryer in the kitchen area, always clean the filters in the hood system frequently or as needed to prevent the buildup on the filter, have a cleaning schedule will help the cleaning of the filters. The owner will clean the filter on 6/15/26
