Observed mildew around the chute on the inside of the ice machine, (iv) Equipment is used for storage of packaged or unpackaged food, such as a reach-in refrigerator, and the equipment is cleaned at a frequency necessary to preclude accumulation of soil residue. The inside of the ice machine will be cleaned by 6/9/26

Observed a TMD thermometer missing in the small counter top cooler with dairy product being stored, all refrigeration storing PHF such as dairy is required to have a thermometer in the unit to give a accurate temperature of the product being stored inside , the thermometer help you determine if the product is not holding it temperature under 41 degree Fahrenheit or lower to prevent contamination of the product. The manger will place a thermometer in the cooler by 6/10/26

Observed the small countertop R.I.C. not cold holding the PHF under 41-degree Fahrenheit thermometer reading 50-degree Fahrenheit. ) Good Repair and Proper Adjustment.
- Equipment shall be maintained in a state of repair and condition that meets the requirements specified under subsections, The owner will have the maintenance come check the cooler by 6/10/26
