Observed a stain from a spilled drink in the fridge of room 119, 511-6-2-.14(5) - Condition of Furnishings All furniture, draperies, appliances, carpets, and other accessories, in the tourist accommodation, whether the property of the tourist accommodation owner or not, shall be considered the property of and furnished by the tourist accommodation for purposes of enforcement of this Chapter, and must be maintained in good repair, clean, and free of vermin. correct by 06/20/2026

Observed cobweb in the ceiling in rooms 131, 137, 140, 211, walls, ceilings. windows, doors and all other appurtenances shall be of sound construction, properly maintained in good repair and shall be kept clean. The manager will have the rooms cleaned in the ceiling by 06/202/2026

Observed a missing anti-slip mat on room 137. 511-6-2-.08(10) - Anti-Slip Surface Anti-slip tubs slip strips, appliqués, or slip-proof mats shall be provided in each bathing facility and shall be kept clean and in good repair. The manager should ensure the mat is replaced to avoid fall. correct by 06/20/2026

Observed webs in the ceiling in rooms 114,118,122,128,and 210, all rooms need to be checked daily for cobweb in the ceilings. The manager will have the housekeeper check daily for cobwebs and flow-up with them to ensure the ceiling are cecked daily

Observed dust on refrigerator and microwaves in rooms 108,121,123,131,133,230,226,220,, all furniture need to checked daliy and clean as needed. The manager will have the housekeeper clean the dust of the refrigerator
