I observed that some of the utensils stored in the main kitchen are wet. 511-6-1.05(10)(a) - Equipment & Utensils, Air-Drying Required (C) (10) Protection of Clean Items.
(a) Equipment and Utensils, Air-Drying Required. After cleaning and sanitizing, equipment and utensils:

Shall be air-dried or used after adequate draining before contact with food; and

May not be cloth dried except that utensils that have been air-dried may be polished with cloths that are maintained clean and dry. Manager should ensure that the utensils are properly dried before storage. Correct by 1/31/2026
14C - single-use/single-service articles: properly stored, used
I observed that the lip of single use cups stacked at the drive thru window was not protected from contamination. Single-service and single-use articles and cleaned and sanitized utensils shall be handled, displayed, and dispensed so that contamination of food-and lip-contact surfaces is prevented. 3. Except as specified under paragraph 2 of this subsection, single-service articles that are intended for food- or lip-contact shall be furnished for consumer self-service with the original individual wrapper intact or from an approved dispenser. correct by 1/31/2026
