Observed hot water measuring above 120 degrees F in rooms: 419, 203, 108, 206, 107, and 103. Advised PIC to lower 120 degrees F or below. CA: Hot water in guest rooms shall not exceed 120 degrees F

Observed crumbs in dressers/night stands in rooms 103, 200, 206, 306, 325, 419, 421. and 421. Observed fridges and microwaves in need of cleaning and/or replacement in rooms: 420, 421, 306, 107, and 103. Observed curtains with rips and stains in rooms: 419, 330. Observed a broken dresser in room 203. Advised PIC to repair/replace/clean all aforementioned items. CA: All furnishings shall be kept in good repair

Observed torn mattress covers in rooms: 330, 419, and 206. Advised PIC to replace. CA: Bed clothing shall be kept clean

Observed the ground with debris and is in need of cleaning. Advised PIC to clean grounds. CA: Grounds shall be kept clean and free of litter

Observed nightstands and dressers with debris or in need of repair in rooms: 138, 221, 240, 310, 311, 404, 409, 307. Observed hand sinks with debris in rooms: 307, 401. Observed fridge units with build-up on the inside for rooms: 103, 409, 311, 240. Observed chairs with severe staining and debris for rooms: 223, 221. Observed mirrors in need of cleaning for rooms: 103, 137, 138, 221, 240, 310, 311, 407. Advised PIC all furniture, draperies, appliances, carpets, and other accessories, in the tourist accommodation, whether the property of the tourist accommodation owner or not, shall be considered the property of and furnished by the tourist accommodation for purposes of enforcement of this Chapter, and must be maintained in good repair, clean, and free of vermin

Observed holes on bed linens for rooms: 307, 207, 302. Observed debris, stains, on mattresses and bed linens for rooms: 101, 408, 104, 142, 207, 307, 402, 103, 407. Advised PIC all mattresses, mattress pads, mattress covers, pillows, bed linens shall be kept clean and in good repair

Observed paint peeling along hallways for floors 1st and 2nd; Observed staining on breeze way ceiling on 2nd floor; Observed ac racks in disrepair on 1st floor. Advised PIC Advised PIC All walkways, porches, and hallways shall be maintained in good repair

Observed most recent tourist accommodation inspection report not prominently posted in public view. Advised PIC that the most recent tourist accommodation inspection report shall be prominently displayed in public view at all times

Observed stains on ceilings and walls of bathrooms for rooms: 104, 223, 307, 402, 201; Observed paint peeling and cracks in bathrooms for rooms: 223, 307. Observed vent units inside of bathrooms with debris and staining for rooms: 103, 137, 138, 221, 240, 310, 311, 407, 201. Observed stains on shower curtain in bathrooms for rooms: 402, 104. Observed stains on bathtub/shower units for bathrooms: 402, 307, 104, 207. Advised PIC Toilet rooms and fixtures must be smooth and nonabsorbent and shall be kept clean and in good repair. Walls, floors, and ceilings shall be constructed of easily cleanable nonabsorbent materials and shall be kept clean and in good repair

Observed trash receptacle in back of tourist accommodation with side-door, cover open. Advised PIC All outside refuse or garbage storage containers shall be constructed of durable metal or other approved types of materials, which do not leak and do not absorb liquids and shall be provided with tight-fitting lids or covers and shall be kept covered when stored

Observed ice machine unit in lobby area with debris on inside of ice machine dispenser unit, in need of cleaning. Advised PIC that the machines are maintained in good repair and capable of being properly cleaned and sanitized according to the manufacturer’s recommendations
